Wine Fridge Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Que Homes NZ Limited (“the Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
The giveaway starts on 1st April 2025 at 00:01 NZ time and ends on 13th April 2025 at 13:00 NZ time (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
To enter, participants must:
  1. Be a resident of New Zealand and aged 18 years or older.
  2. Not be an employee of the Promoter, any participating retailers, associated agencies, or companies directly involved in the promotion (as determined by the Promoter), or an immediate family member of such employees.
  3. Register their contact details in accordance with the “How to Enter” section.
4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
  1. Attend the Que Homes Show Home Community Open Day at 1 PM on the 13th of April 2025.
  2. Like the official giveaway post on Instagram.
  3. Tag a friend in the comments section of the giveaway post.
  4. Follow the official Que Homes Instagram page.
5. Prize
  • The prize consists of one (1) wine fridge.
  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
  • The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
  • The winner will be announced live at the event on 13th April 2025 at 1 PM.
  • The winner must be present at the event when their name is announced and has 5 minutes to claim the prize.
  • If the winner does not claim the prize within 5 minutes, another winner will be drawn.
7. General Terms
  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues preventing participation.
  • The winner agrees to have their name and/or image used for promotional purposes.
  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
